My name is Nettie Gentempo. I am a professional hula hoop artist, choreographer, hoop/dance instructor, certified in Reiki II, sound bath practitioner and massage therapist graduate of Southern Maine School of Massage Therapy,

 

I believe that the body is self healing, therefore, my work is somatic and intuitive in nature. I enjoy providing relaxing and nurturing sessions that allow for the  parasympathetic nervous system to "rest and digest". When I find trigger points in the body, I utilize muscle energy techniques to communicate with the muscles, soften tissue and encourage the muscle fibers to return to a more balanced and functioning state. I focus on listening to the body and supporting its natural rhythms to assist in not only short-term benefits, but long-term health as well.
