My name is Nettie Gentempo. I am a professional hula hoop artist, choreographer, hoop/dance instructor, certified in Reiki II, sound bath practitioner and licensed massage therapist.

 

My work is somatic and intuitive in nature. I enjoy providing relaxing and nurturing sessions that allow for the parasympathetic nervous system to "rest and digest". Through my work I focus on listening to the body and supporting its natural rhythms to assist in not only short-term benefits, but long-term health as well.

All of my client's sessions include the use of:

 

• Hot towels

• Hot stones

• The option of aromatherapy 

• You will rest on 100% cotton breathable sheets 

• I work with all natural joba oil and unscented massage lotion
