My Policies

Cancellation Policy.

Unanticipated events sometimes happen. However, late cancellations can result in lost income and scheduling challenges. To honor both my time and the needs of other clients, the following policies are in place:

  • Booking/Payment: All appointments are booked online via Vagaro and require a card on file. Nothing will be charged at the time of booking, payment will be made at checkout on the date of your service. You can use your card on file, cash, or you can pay with a different card. 

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours notice is given, and I am unable to fill your appointment time with another client, 50% of the cost of your service will be charged to your card on file.

  • No-Call/No-Show: Failure to show up without any notice will result in your card being charged a last-minute no-show fee which will be 100% of the scheduled service value. Multiple occurrences may lead to refusal of future bookings.

  • Inclement Weather:  If the weather is questionable, please reach out to me on the morning of your appointment so that we can discuss the safest option for both of us.  

Professional Conduct.

The services I provide are holistic treatments that are not sexual in nature. Any misconduct will result in termination of the session and refusal of future services.

Privacy Policy.

Any information shared during our sessions or collected via intake forms is confidential and used solely to support your care.
